National Book Tokens gift cardWe're excited to announce the winners of this year's Design a National Book Token competition for World Book Day 2020. National Book Tokens and World Book Day challenged young booklovers across the UK and Ireland to make their mark and design a National Book Tokens gift card with the theme of Share a Story. We judged thousands of fantastically creative designs and whittled down the entries to pick the final seven. Each winner and runner-up has won National Book Tokens for themselves, their school, and their teacher – just think of all those beautiful new books!

FIRST PRIZE in each age range wins:

  • £250/€295 National Book Tokens for the school
  • £100/€110 National Book Tokens for the child
  • £100/€110 National Book Tokens for the teacher*

SECOND PRIZE in each age range wins:

  • £150/€180 National Book Tokens for the school
  • £50 /€60 National Book Tokens for the child
  • £50 /€60 National Book Tokens for the teacher*

*If the entry was submitted by a teacher.
