The YA Book Prize celebrates its 10th anniversary!
The Prize celebrates great books for young adults and aims to get more teenagers reading and buying books. We're giving two lucky winners a set of the shortlisted titles, and a £40/€50 National Book Token to spend on even more books – it's the ultimate prize for book-loving teens!

There's something for everyone – from romance and dystopia to fantasy and thrillers – and the shortlist covers a wide range of themes including love, identity, friendship, and mental health.
National Book Tokens have been proud to sponsor Edinburgh International Book Festival for more than 40 years. The winner of the YA Book Prize 2024 will be revealed in a live ceremony at the Book Festival on Thursday 22nd August.
