Villains Academy

Being BAD has never felt so GOOD!

It's werewolf Bram's first day at Villains Academy. He really doesn't feel like a villain at all, but the coveted Villain of the Week trophy is up for grabs, and Bram knows he'll have to dig deep. With the help of new friends Mona the elf-witch, Bryan the lion, Shelia the ghost and Tony the skeleton, can Bram find his inner badness and become the villain he's always dreamed of being?

To celebrate Ryan Hammond's villainously funny, illustrated series Villains Academy, we asked children to create their own villain for a chance get their character illustrated by Ryan and featured on their very own National Book Token (fancy creating your own?).

The winner receives:

  • A signed copy of Villains Academy by Ryan Hammond
  • A illustration of their villain drawn by Ryan
  • A £50/€50 National Book Token, featuring their villain
  • A Villains Academy bookmark and poster

3 runners-up aka Villains of the Week each receive a signed copy of the book and were announced every week on social media until the end of the competition.

The competition closed on Monday 22nd May and the overall winner – chosen by Ryan himself! – will be announced shortly.
