Bookshop Description

Medina Bookshop is a small, friendly, independent book shop on the High Street in Cowes on the Isle of Wight.

Our small but lovely team consists of Krissy, Lucy, and Paul who will keep you up to date with their recommended reads!

A community oriented shop, before lockdown we offered regular story times, a monthly book club and various other events. As soon as it is safe to do so we hope to get these events (and more) back up and running and welcome some more friendly faces back into the shop.

You can find a variety of books in our shop including contemporary fiction, indie books, the latest non-fiction, a wide range of children's and YA fiction and reference books and antiquarian maritime titles. We have an extended local interest section featuring Island history, transport, fiction by local writers, maps and guides.
