Bookshop Description

We operate on Bookshoptime, browsers are welcome and a frequent joy of our well stocked bookshop – both new books and over 10,000 second hand titles – you come in looking for one thing and leave having found something completely different that you are excited to start reading as soon as you get home – or on the bus – or on the beach!

New fiction in stock ranges from the latest titles – in English and Welsh – to classics, local authors and poetry.
New nonfiction includes best sellers, local interest and the more obscure, covering a wide range of interests.
Anything not in stock can be ordered – in the shop, on the phone or online – for collection or delivery, usually in 1 to 3 days.
We are also happy to search for any old books that we don't have in stock – we can usually find most things and order them for you.

With an extensive range of new and second hand children's titles in stock – English, Welsh and bilingual – you will be able to find a book to suit all children, from board books to Young Adult.

Welsh learners are very well catered for, with dictionaries, CDs, course books, phrase and grammar books and a graded range of learner novels.

We are still Open For Business even when the shop is closed for physical browsing during Covid-19 restrictions. Contact us via our website, social media or ring us directly to request books and place orders. We can deliver or post out 2nd hand books, vinyl, OS maps and greeting cards as well as the new titles available through our website.
