We like Fitzcarraldo Editions, political publishers including Verso and Pluto, poetry publishers such as Carcanet, translation houses such as Pushkin Press, the landscape publisher Little Toller then there's Faber, Granta... We have a large poetry section. Other sections in the shop include landscape/cityscape, music, general and translated fiction, Black Lives, politics, LGBT, feminism, social history, Jewish interest, Middle East/Palestine. Our children’s section is particularly strong on diversity. Five Leaves is a member of the Alliance of Radical Booksellers and The Booksellers Association Our webshop is www.fiveleavesbookshop.co.uk and our publishing side is at www.fiveleaves.co.uk We normally run about 75 events a year, sometimes more.
