Join us with the brilliant Caroline Eden talking about Green Mountains: Walking the Caucasus with Recipes. This treasure of a book is the final instalment of Caroline's 'colour trilogy' series, following on from her muti award - winning books, Black Sea and Red Sands. Beginning in Armenia, moving northwards through Georgia and ending at the Black Sea, Green Mountains weaves together the enchanting geography and the cult of the kitchen that prevails with these two countries.
