We are currently experiencing technical problems with our Customer Helpline number. (If you have lost your gift card, we may be able to cancel the card and replace any remaining value on a new gift card for you. However you will need to have proof of ownership such as the gift card receipt. There is an admin fee of £3.50 for this service.)
